Key Responsibilities:

  • Rapidly assess, triage, and manage emergency patients with diverse medical and trauma-related needs.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions while closely monitoring patient responses.
  • Communicate clearly with physicians, patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members during high-pressure situations.
  • Document patient care, procedures, and progress using electronic health records in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and clean ER environment, adhering to infection control and patient safety guidelines.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on best practices and emergency care procedures.

    • Qualifications:

  • Active, unencumbered RN license.
  • Minimum of one year experience in an Emergency Room nursing role.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC, PALS, or other specialty certifications preferred.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and time management abilities.
  • Calm, effective communication skills and the ability to function well under stress.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records.

  • Schedule based on facility needs; flexible availability across day, night, and weekend shifts may be required.
