In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in a Level I Emergency Room, collaborating closely with a dedicated multidisciplinary team. This is a contract opportunity designed for nurses who are passionate about delivering acute care and thrive in fast-paced clinical settings.

Schedule:

  • Five night shifts per week

    • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Current RN license with experience in Emergency Room settings
  • Prior Level I Trauma Center experience required
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work effectively during high-acuity situations
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Must adhere to a 75-mile radius rule for applicants

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care for acute and trauma patients within the ER
  • Rapidly assess patient conditions and implement appropriate interventions
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members for coordinated care
  • Document patient history, assessments, and treatment accurately in the medical record
  • Deliver compassionate support and information to patients and their families during emergencies
  • Adhere strictly to safety, infection control, and privacy standards
