An exciting opportunity is available for a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in the Cath Lab. Schedule/Hours:

  • Contract position (duration discussed during interview process)

    • Key Qualifications:

  • Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of one year recent experience in a Cath Lab setting
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Proficient in assisting with diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
  • Exceptional critical thinking and assessment abilities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure

    • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members during Cath Lab procedures
  • Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures, documenting vital data and changes
  • Administer medications and intravenous therapy as directed
  • Prepare and maintain a sterile environment by following established infection control protocols
  • Educate patients and families about procedure steps, aftercare, and health management
  • Respond swiftly to emergencies and assist with life-saving interventions
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records according to facility and regulatory standards
