Seeking a skilled and compassionate registered nurse to support a Prep/Recovery unit, dedicated to caring for patients following Cath, Vascular, and EP procedures. This contract-based opportunity is ideal for experienced nurses aiming to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic cardiovascular environment.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 8-hour day shifts
  • 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday
  • No weekend or major holiday shifts
  • No on-call or call back responsibilities
  • Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Critical Care, PACU, or CCU settings
  • Strong knowledge of Cath Lab procedures and protocols
  • Ability to effectively recover and monitor patients post-procedure
  • Confidence floating to EP lab and other procedural areas as needed
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking abilities
  • Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care for patients recovering from Cath and Vascular/EP procedures
  • Monitor patient status, anticipating and responding to changes quickly
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records, following all facility and regulatory protocols
  • Participate in patient education and support families during recovery
  • Remain flexible to float between Prep/Recovery, EP, and other procedural areas when required, as discussed during interview

    $2,662 - $2,816/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
