Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide specialized care within the Cath Lab setting. This contract position requires a skilled RN comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where patient safety and positive outcomes are top priorities. Your expertise will support a collaborative medical staff dedicated to delivering advanced cardiovascular care.

Qualifications:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license
  • Demonstrated experience in a Cath Lab or interventional cardiology environment
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • Excellent critical thinking and communication skills
  • Ability to respond effectively to changing patient conditions and prioritize in high-pressure situations
  • Familiarity with Cath Lab protocols, sterile procedures, and emergency practices
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care during cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, stenting, and other specialized procedures
  • Monitor patient status and vital signs before, during, and after procedures
  • Administer medications, IVs, and sedation as needed
  • Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-operative care
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, technologists, and other medical professionals
  • Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of all interventions and patient responses
  • Uphold strict adherence to infection control and safety guidelines

    $2,856 - $3,021/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
