Step into a vital nursing role working in a dynamic Cath Lab environment where you’ll provide expert cardiovascular care and support. As an RN in the Cath Lab, you’ll collaborate closely with physicians and fellow nurses to ensure patient safety and optimal clinical outcomes.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Contract position; schedule details to be discussed during the interview process.

    • Qualifications:

  • Current, active RN license
  • Previous experience in a Cath Lab setting
  • Proficiency with cardiac monitoring, interventional procedures, and patient assessment
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
  • Ability to remain focused and calm in high-acuity situations
  • BLS and ACLS certification required

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians during cardiovascular diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after procedures
  • Administer medications and manage IVs
  • Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in patient records
  • Operate specialized Cath Lab equipment
  • Provide education to patients and their families about procedures and care plans
  • Uphold infection control and safety standards at all times
