Key Responsibilities:

Prepare operating rooms for surgeries, ensuring necessary equipment and sterile supplies are available

Scrub in and assist surgeons during procedures, anticipating their needs

Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques throughout each surgical case

Handle surgical instruments and specimens according to established protocols

Monitor and track surgical inventory, ensuring consistent availability of required materials

Collaborate closely with registered nurses, surgeons, and anesthesia professionals to promote a safe surgical environment

Support post-procedure clean-up and preparation for subsequent cases

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST)

Experience in an operating room technician (ORT) role preferred

Strong knowledge of sterile techniques, surgical instruments, and operating room protocols

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and rapidly changing surgical demands

Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of teamwork

Current BLS certification required

Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program

Schedule & Contract Details:
