  • Proven experience in a sterile processing or central supply setting
  • Comprehensive understanding of sterilization protocols and regulatory standards

  • Ability to lift, move, and transport equipment instruments as needed
  • Flexibility to adapt to varying workflow demands
  • Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Decontaminate, clean, process, assemble, sterilize, store, and distribute medical equipment, supplies, and instruments
  • Operate sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and washers, in accordance with manufacturer and hospital protocols
  • Accurately inspect packs and trays for cleanliness, integrity, and proper assembly
  • Maintain detailed records of sterilization, inventory, and equipment maintenance
  • Collaborate with nursing and surgical teams to ensure availability of instruments for procedures
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions or deviations in processing standards
  • Support ongoing departmental quality assurance and infection prevention initiatives
