Ability to anticipate the needs of the surgical team and maintain smooth workflow

Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize operating room instruments, supplies, and equipment

Assist surgeons and nursing staff during operative procedures, providing timely instrumentation and support

Monitor and maintain strict sterile technique throughout procedures

Perform thorough preoperative and postoperative equipment counts and ensure equipment is in optimal working order

Respond quickly to emergencies and changing circumstances within the operating room

Maintain diligent documentation and foster effective communication with the perioperative team
