Desired Experience & Qualifications:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license
  • At least one year of direct experience in a Med-Surg setting
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to document care accurately and efficiently in an electronic health record system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Flexibility for various shifts and availability to work weekends or holidays if needed

    • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to adult patients recovering from surgery or managing acute medical conditions
  • Complete comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs
  • Administer medications, IV therapies, and perform relevant procedures as ordered
  • Coordinate with physicians, pharmacists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals regarding care plans and patient progress
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote optimal outcomes
  • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of patient care activities and clinical changes
  • Adhere to strict infection control and quality assurance policies

    $1,579 - $1,728/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
