Schedule Details:

  • Full-time, 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
  • Weekend and holiday shifts required
  • No on-call or floating assignments

    • Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Nursing or diploma; Bachelor’s preferred
  • Current Registered Nurse license in Kansas
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (ACLS and PALS certifications may be substituted for BLS depending on the unit)
  • Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
  • New graduates encouraged to apply
  • ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire for specific units (ED, ICU, 2East, and others)

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care following established protocols and organizational policies
  • Coordinate care by assessing patient and family needs, resources, and priorities
  • Maintain compliance with all healthcare laws, regulations, and confidentiality standards
  • Utilize clinical judgment and effective communication to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Participate in shift handoffs and ensure accurate documentation
