A dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry nursing is needed to provide compassionate, high-quality care within an established healthcare facility. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active, unencumbered RN license.
  • Proven experience in Medical-Surgical (Med Surg) and/or Telemetry units.
  • Proficient in monitoring and interpreting vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and using telemetry equipment.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS is preferred.
  • Excellent clinical assessment, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in both Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units.
  • Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and update care plans as required.
  • Utilize telemetry equipment to continuously assess cardiac status and report any changes promptly.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care.
  • Accurately document all patient interactions, interventions, and observations in the electronic health record system.
  • Adhere to established hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
