Key Qualifications:

  • Current BLS certification (required); ACLS preferred

  • Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and document vital signs, administer medications, and perform patient assessments
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, ancillary staff, and other nurses to coordinate and implement individualized care plans
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans, post-discharge needs, and preventive health measures
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, adhering to infection control and patient safety policies
  • Respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions and participate in emergency interventions as needed
