Deliver exceptional patient care as an experienced Registered Nurse in a dynamic ICU setting. This contract opportunity offers the chance to work with a skilled team in a conglomerate intensive care unit that spans medical, surgical, and cardiovascular specialties. You'll play a key role in delivering comprehensive and compassionate care to critically ill patients while utilizing your clinical expertise across various critical care environments.

Key Qualifications:

Active, unrestricted RN license

At least three years of recent experience in ICU nursing

Proficiency in caring for medical, surgical, and cardiovascular ICU patients

Confidence and adaptability to float between ICU and step-down units as needed

Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Familiarity with evidence-based interventions and up-to-date critical care protocols

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

Schedule:

Contract position (exact shift details to be discussed during interview)

Flexibility to float within the critical care service line

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based care to a diverse population of critically ill patients

Monitor, assess, and respond to complex patient needs in the ICU and step-down units

Administer medications, manage advanced infusions, and operate life support equipment

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes

Document patient care accurately and efficiently

Provide support, education, and communication to patients and their families
