Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active, unencumbered RN license

Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in ICU or critical care

Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

Strong ability to assess, monitor, and respond rapidly to change in patient conditions

Familiarity with ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced life support interventions

Proficient documentation and communication skills

Ability to function well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy

Responsibilities and Key Duties:

Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established policies and best practices for ICU nursing

Monitor, assess, and document patient status and progress

Administer medications, intravenous infusions, blood products, and treatments as prescribed

Collaborate closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other multidisciplinary team members

Provide education, support, and clear communication to patients’ families

Respond to emergency situations and utilize advanced clinical interventions as needed

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized care environment at all times
