A leading healthcare provider is seeking a skilled Home Health Clinical Manager (Registered Nurse) to oversee and support the home health nursing team. This contract position offers the opportunity to play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care in the home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the home health RN team, ensuring high standards of clinical practice.
  • Oversee patient care plans, monitor quality outcomes, and provide guidance to nursing staff.
  • Conduct assessments, make recommendations for care, and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.

    • Qualifications:

  • Current, unencumbered RN license.
