Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active RN license required
  • Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a CVOR RN
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
  • Solid understanding of sterile techniques, cardiovascular procedures, and hemodynamic monitoring
  • Excellent critical thinking, communication, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to adapt quickly within a multidisciplinary team

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care during all phases of cardiovascular surgery, ensuring patient safety and advocacy at every step
  • Scrub and circulate for cardiovascular surgical procedures, anticipating surgeon needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to pre-op and post-op assessments
  • Monitor patient’s condition and respond to emergencies swiftly using clinical expertise
  • Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesia teams, and other clinical staff to deliver seamless operative care
  • Ensure all supplies, instruments, and equipment are properly prepared and accounted for according to CVOR protocols

    $2,489 - $2,633/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
