Key Qualifications:

Current and unencumbered RN license

At least 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required

Proficiency in working with critically ill adults

Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing situations

Experience with electronic medical records preferred

Schedule/Hours:

Contract position with required flexibility for night, day, or weekend shifts based on facility needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct patient care in the ICU, including monitoring, assessments, and interventions for critically ill clients

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Administer medications, manage ventilators, and provide advanced life support measures as needed

Educate patients and families on treatment, prognosis, and ongoing care requirements

Meticulously document care and patient progress

Uphold infection control protocols and safety standards

Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, shift handoffs, and quality assurance initiatives

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
