Deliver high-level care as a Registered Nurse specializing in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), serving patients with complex, life-threatening conditions. In this dynamic contract position, you will use your expertise to assess, monitor, and coordinate comprehensive care for critically ill patients within a supportive interdisciplinary team.

Contract role with variable shifts

Key Qualifications & Experience:

Active RN license

Proven experience in ICU or critical care settings

Strong knowledge of ICU protocols, advanced monitoring, and life-support equipment

Skillful communicator able to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families

Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Adaptability in fast-paced, high-acuity environments

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based nursing care to an assigned patient group, adhering to established standards and protocols

Continuously assess and monitor patients for signs of change in condition, responding promptly to emergent situations

Supervise and guide nursing support personnel, ensuring high-quality care delivery across all team members

Collaborate across disciplines—including physicians, respiratory therapists, and pharmacy—to coordinate patient care plans
