  • 12-hour shifts
  • 3:00 PM start time
  • Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in good standing
  • Demonstrated experience in ER or urgent care nursing settings (ER/Urgent Care List A or ER List D preferred)
  • ICU RN experience can be considered and is valued
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and triage skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy outpatient clinic and navigate a variety of patient needs
  • Compassionate communication skills with patients, families, and colleagues
  • BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care in an outpatient clinic specializing in urgent and emergent needs
  • Triage, assess, and treat patients across a range of acuity levels
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Administer medications and perform necessary clinical procedures according to established protocols
  • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in the electronic health record
  • Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and follow-up instructions
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment
