Certified School Nurse – Orange, NJ
We are seeking two experienced Certified School Nurses to support a school district in Orange, NJ. This is a full-time, district-wide opportunity for nurses who are comfortable working independently across school buildings and managing the needs of a diverse student caseload.

Hours: 35 hours/week

Setting: District-wide
Interview: Approximately 15 minutes
Responsibilities
Provide school nursing services to students throughout the district.
Assess and respond to student health needs and medical concerns.
Manage and prioritize an assigned caseload based on student and building needs.
Provide health support across entire school buildings as needed.
Collaborate with school staff, families, and other members of the educational team.
Maintain accurate and timely health records and documentation.
Support the overall health and safety of students within the school setting.
Requirements
Valid New Jersey School Nursing licensure is required.
School-based nursing experience is required.
Must be comfortable working within a district-wide assignment and servicing various school buildings.
Must be able to oversee and support the nursing needs of an entire school building.
Must be able to accommodate the district's current caseload and student needs.
LPN candidates will not be considered.
Must have reliable transportation.
Candidates should be comfortable with the commute to Orange, NJ and disclose any commute concerns upfront.

TB testing
Physical
Fingerprinting for both the agency and school district
Any additional district-required onboarding documentation
