West Allis, WI: Full Time School Nurse job opportunity (RN or LPN)

I am seeking an experienced Nurse (RN or LPN) for a school-based position that is now available near West Allis, WI.  This contract position is Full Time, 37.5 hours per week for the remaining school year.  

In this role, the School RN will provide care to students at one school location in Elementary, Middle or High school setting.  Health Room duties include medication administration, reviewing health records, diabetes management and perform day to day care of students and staff. 

School LPN positions will be working 1:1 with a medically fragile student.  Responsibilities might include diabetes management, seizure management, transfers from wheelchair, toileting, engaging student in classroom activities and possibly riding the school bus to and from school with the student who needs assistance.  Please call for specific details.
