Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a skilled Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment in Galax, VA. This role requires proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase, offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document findings using OASIS
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient’s needs
  • Provide skilled nursing services, including wound care, medication administration, and patient education
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Support and educate patients and families throughout their care journey

    Qualifications:

  • Active RN license in Virginia
  • Proficient in OASIS documentation and experienced with Homecare Homebase
  • Minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and onboarding per Joint Commission standards
  • Open to both travelers and local candidates
