Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Amherst, NY. In this role, you’ll use your expertise in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase software to deliver top-quality in-home nursing care, ensuring patients receive the best support during their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document accurately using OASIS standards

Develop personalized care plans based on individual patient needs

Deliver skilled nursing care, such as wound care, medication administration, and health monitoring

Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Educate patients and families on health maintenance and self-care practices

Qualifications:

Active RN license in New York

Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required

A minimum of 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred

Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and onboarding per Joint Commission standards

Open to both locals and travelers
