Responsibilities:  
- Assist surgeons during procedures by maintaining a sterile environment, handling instruments, and providing vital support  
- Prepare operating rooms, including setting up surgical instruments and equipment  
- Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and protocols for optimal patient safety  
- Collaborate closely with surgical and perioperative teams to enhance procedural efficiency  

Qualifications:  
- NBSTSA certification
- Minimum of 2 years of recent surgical tech experience  
- Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical procedures  
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
