Soliant Health is seeking an experienced Stepdown Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Johnson City, NY. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses skilled in intermediate care to work in a dynamic and supportive healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide care to patients transitioning from the ICU, monitoring vital signs and assessing patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and execute individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on recovery and discharge instructions.
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient progress and care provided.

Qualifications:
- Active RN license in New York.
- BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Stepdown or Intermediate Care experience.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
