Responsibilities:  
- Deliver focused, high-quality care to patients in the stepdown unit, managing various acute care needs.  
- Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support patient recovery plans.  
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care.  
- Educate patients and families on care plans, fostering understanding and support.  
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all hospital protocols.

Qualifications:  
- Active RN license in Kentucky or eligibility to obtain.  
- Minimum of 2 years of recent stepdown experience.  
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.  
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
