Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Massachusetts RN or LPN license
  • School nursing experience (required)
  • Reliable transportation for travel between campuses
  • Willing to complete fingerprinting and the CORI background process
  • Must work onsite, full-time (8 AM–4 PM, Monday–Friday)
  • Comfortable floating between K-12 campuses (no more than 6 miles apart)
  • Flexibility to work required hours with no schedule accommodations
  • Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to K-12 students
  • Float to various school campuses to provide coverage as needed
  • Maintain accurate health records and communicate with school staff and families
  • Respond promptly to health emergencies and manage routine health office operations
