Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver coordinated, evidence-based nursing care to Emergency Room patients following established standards and protocols.
  • Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff, ensuring optimal team performance and patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement comprehensive patient care.
  • Utilize critical thinking, sound clinical judgment, and professional discretion in all patient care and supervisory activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate patient information clearly with colleagues and families.

    • Qualifications:

  • Current RN license in the state of California or compact state eligibility.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in an Emergency Room nursing role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in acute patient care, rapid assessment, and crisis intervention.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required (additional ER or trauma credentials preferred).
