Responsibilities:  
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.  
- Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.  
- Prepare the operating room, including sterilization of instruments and equipment.  
- Monitor patient vitals and respond to any changes during surgery.  
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety protocols and hospital policies.

Qualifications:  
- Active RN license in Wisconsin or eligibility to obtain one.  
- Minimum of 2 years of recent OR experience.  
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.  
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
