Job Description:  
As a Travel Med Surg RN, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care, assist in patient recovery, and support their transition from hospital to home or other care facilities.

Responsibilities:  
- Assess and monitor patient conditions, including vital signs and overall health status  
- Administer medications, IVs, and other treatments as prescribed  
- Implement and update individualized patient care plans  
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care  
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals  
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records  
- Respond to patient needs and provide compassionate care throughout their hospital stay  

Requirements:  
- Current RN license in the state of New York  
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a medical-surgical setting  
- BLS certification  
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical-surgical nursing practices  
- Excellent communication and organizational skills  
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment  
- Willingness to travel for assignments
