Job Description:  
As a Travel Telemetry/Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a telemetry and medical-surgical setting. Your responsibilities will include monitoring patients' vital signs, administering medications, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:  
- Monitor and assess patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms  
- Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed  
- Provide post-operative care and assist with recovery  
- Educate patients and their families on care plans and recovery processes  
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care  
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Requirements:  
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license  
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Telemetry/Medical Surgical nursing  
- Strong knowledge of telemetry monitoring and medical-surgical procedures  
- Excellent communication and patient care skills  
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team  
- Willingness to travel
