Position Overview:
As an ICU RN, you’ll provide critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions, utilizing your expertise to deliver exceptional care in high-pressure situations. You’ll be part of a collaborative healthcare team, making a meaningful impact on patients and their families during their most challenging times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, assess, and treat critically ill patients, ensuring the highest level of care.
  • Administer medications, fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Operate and monitor complex medical equipment such as ventilators and cardiac monitors.
  • Respond rapidly to changes in patients’ conditions, intervening as needed.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and post-hospital care.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with facility standards.

    Qualifications:

  • Current RN licensure in Nevada or eligibility to obtain licensure prior to the start date.
  • Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience preferred.
  • BLS, ACLS, and other relevant certifications required.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and adapt to rapidly changing circumstances.
