Requirements:

Active LPN license in Oregon
Minimum of 1-2 years of recent experience working as an LPN in a home health setting.
Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
