We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team in Shelby, MT.
Job Description:
Responsibilities
Deliver patient-centered emergency care in a fast-paced rural ER
Perform triage and prioritize patient needs quickly and accurately
Start IVs, assist with chest tube setup, splinting/casting, and wound care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to stabilize and treat patients
Required Qualifications
Current RN license in the State of Montana (or eligible for licensure)
BLS, ACLS (required), TNCC (preferred), NRP (preferred), PALS (preferred)
Strong IV skills, triage experience, and emergency care knowledge
