School RN Needed Near Elk Grove Village, IL

Assigned to either a 1:1 student care case or the school health room (exact placements and responsibilities will be confirmed prior to start).

Serve elementary-aged students (Grades K–5).

Duties may include medication administration, routine health assessments, emergency care, documentation, care plan implementation, and collaboration with school teams and parents.

Supervision Support Provided:
District may provide support personnel (e.g., CNA, LPN, or Health Aide), depending on the placement and student needs.

Requirements:

Active Illinois RN license (unencumbered)

Current CPR certification

School nursing experience preferred, but not required

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
