We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team and support the health and well-being of students within our partner schools.

Position Overview: As a School-Based Registered Nurse (RN) with ProCare Therapy, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of students. You will work closely with students, parents, and school staff to provide comprehensive nursing care, health education, and support for students with medical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to students, including first aid, medication administration, and management of chronic health conditions.
  • Conduct health assessments and develop individualized health care plans for students with medical needs.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure a safe and healthy school environment.
  • Promote health education and wellness initiatives to students, staff, and parents.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of school health policies and procedures.
  • Respond to health emergencies and provide crisis intervention as needed.

    Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
