School-Based RN Position – Henderson, NC
Job Overview:

Duration: ASAP to May 23, 2025

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours weekly.

Caseload: 1:1 with a high school student requiring specialized care.
Responsibilities:

Oversee trach care and perform regular health evaluations.

Accompany the student on AM/PM bus rides to ensure their safety.

Follow the student’s Plan of Care and provide updates to supervisors.
Qualifications:

NC RN license with relevant experience in tracheostomy care.
