School Nurse - Whitinsville, MA

Perform state-mandated screenings, including vision, hearing, BMI, and postural assessments

Provide direct nursing care, including first aid and emergency response

Administer medications and monitor student health conditions as needed

Maintain accurate and confidential health records in compliance with state regulations

Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support student well-being

Educate students and staff on health-related topics as necessary

Requirements:

Active RN or LPN licensure in Massachusetts

Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a school team

Knowledge of Massachusetts school health regulations
