Position Overview:
As a School Nurse (RN), you will provide comprehensive health services to students, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being. You will collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to create a safe and healthy school environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct healthcare services to students, including first aid, chronic disease management, and emergency care.

Develop and implement individualized health care plans for students with specific health needs.

Conduct health screenings and assessments.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and healthcare providers to support students' health and academic success.

Educate students and staff on health-related topics and promote a healthy school environment.

Maintain accurate and confidential student health records. Qualifications:

Must have a valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)

Must be CPR and BLS Certified

Experience in pediatric or school nursing is preferred

Strong assessment, organizational, and communication skills preferred

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks preferred Details:
