Location: Near Princeton, New Jersey
Position Type: Full-Time, Leave Replacement

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated School Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team and provide health services for our preschool students. This is a leave replacement position with the possibility of renewal for the next school year (NSY).

Key Details:

  • Dates of Employment:
  • February 10 – 21, 2025
  • May 15 – June 27, 2025
  • Potential for renewal for the 2025-2026 school year
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:40 AM to 3:40 PM (32.5 hours/week)
  • Includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
  • Student Population: Preschool

    Qualifications:

  • Current and valid New Jersey Nursing License: LPN, RN, or CSN (Certified School Nurse).
  • Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to respond effectively to student health needs, including first aid, medication administration, and managing chronic health conditions.

    Responsibilities:

  • Provide routine and emergency medical care to students and staff.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate health records in compliance with school and state guidelines.
  • Conduct health screenings and collaborate with teachers and administrators to support student well-being.
  • Promote a safe and healthy school environment.
