BlazerJobs is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a 1:1 Bus Riding position in Nashua, NH for the 2024/2025 School Year. This is a full-time role, with 35-37.5 hours per week providing direct medical support to a student while riding the bus to and from school. This is a fantastic opportunity for an RN who enjoys making a direct impact on a student's safety and well-being.

Position Details:

  • Location: Nashua, NH
  • Position Type: Full-Time, Contract
  • Hours: 35-37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • End Date: End of the 2024/2025 School Year
  • Caseload: 1 student

    Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Medical Monitoring: Ensure the student’s medical needs are met while traveling on the bus.
  • Bus Riding: Safely accompany the student to and from school each day, providing necessary medical care during transportation.
  • Health and Safety: Monitor and address any medical concerns or emergencies that may arise during transportation.
  • Communication: Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the student’s health and safety needs are fully supported.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of the student’s health status, including any incidents or changes.

    Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) License – Valid in the state of New Hampshire
  • Experience in pediatric or school nursing is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting the health and well-being of students.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with parents, school staff, and healthcare professionals.
  • Must be comfortable riding the bus daily with the student.
