Soliant Education is seeking a compassionate and qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to support a school district in Oak Park, IL. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with students, providing essential healthcare services in an educational setting.

Position Details:

  • Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Hourly Rate: Competitive and based on experience

    Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  • Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff as needed.
  • Maintain and update student health records, including immunizations and medical histories.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure students’ well-being.
  • Educate students and staff on health-related topics such as hygiene and disease prevention.
  • Support students with chronic conditions, such as diabetes or asthma, ensuring they can fully participate in school activities.

    Qualifications:

  • Active Illinois RN License in good standing.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, but not required.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Experience working in pediatrics or school nursing is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to promoting the health and safety of students and staff.
