School LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) with Pediatric Trach Experience - Stoneham, MA

Provide direct nursing care to pediatric students with tracheostomies, including suctioning, monitoring, and performing emergency interventions as necessary.

Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by a physician.

Develop and implement individualized health care plans for students with trach care needs.

Monitor students' vital signs, health conditions, and respond promptly to any changes.

Educate school staff on pediatric trach care, emergency response procedures, and other medical protocols.

Maintain accurate, confidential health records for all students, ensuring compliance with school policies and regulations.

Respond to medical emergencies quickly and provide appropriate care as required.

Requirements:

Active LPN license in Massachusetts.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LPN, with a strong background in pediatric trach care.

Experience working in a school or pediatric healthcare setting is preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals.

Ability to respond efficiently and effectively to medical emergencies.
