Position: 1:1 with Primary School Student, Bus Ride Included
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN or RN with trach care experience for a contract position in Madison, GA. This position involves providing one-on-one care for a primary school student, including accompanying the student on the bus and assisting with medical needs throughout the school day.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 nursing care to a primary school student with trach needs
Monitor and manage trach care throughout the school day
Accompany the student on the bus to and from school
Assist with any other health-related tasks as needed throughout the school day
Ensure the student's safety and well-being at all times
Collaborate with school staff to address the student’s health needs and create a supportive learning environment
Requirements:
Active LPN or RN licensure
Experience in trach care
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate, professional, and responsible demeanor
Must be able to ride the bus with the student to and from school
