School Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Job | Year Long Contract | Santa Maria, CA

Schedule: 8/14/2025 – 8/7/2026 (Extended School Year participation is optional)

Hours: 32.5 hours per week | Approximately 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM daily (6.5 hours/day)

Caseload: LVN Pool – flexible assignment within district needs

Pay: $39–$44/hour (based on experience)

Interview Dates:

July 24 (morning only)

July 30

July 31

Daily Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and group health support to students as assigned

Assist with medication administration, g-tube feedings, and other delegated medical procedures

Monitor student health status and respond to medical needs during the school day

Document health-related services in compliance with district and state guidelines

Collaborate with school staff, district nurses, and families to ensure student well-being

Travel within the district as needed to support assigned student(s)

State Requirements:

Active California LVN license

CPR certification

School-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a background check

Candidates who do not meet requirements will not be considered.
