School Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job

Provide daily health care services and support to students

Monitor student health conditions, administer medications, and perform necessary medical procedures

Assist in creating and implementing Individual Health Plans (IHPs)

Work closely with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers

Maintain accurate documentation of student health records and services provided

Promote health education and support a safe learning environment

Requirements:

Active LPN license in the state of Washington

Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a school team

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay: $35–$38/hour
