Details:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 1:1 student assignment in Kingston, Pennsylvania for the 2025–2026 school year. This role requires tracheostomy care experience and may include van riding with the student. If the student’s needs do not require full-time hours, the district will provide additional duties to maintain a full-time schedule.
Location: Kingston, PA
Schedule: Full-time (guaranteed)
Setting: Onsite, school-based
Caseload: 1:1 with a student; all grade levels may be considered
Special Requirements: Must be willing to ride van with student as needed
Start Date: Beginning of the 2025–2026 school year
Requirements:
Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Tracheostomy care experience (required)
Previous school or pediatric experience preferred
Must pass background check, fingerprinting, and drug screening
Competitive Compensation and Weekly Direct Deposit:
Hourly Rate: $33/hr
Weekly direct deposit
