Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current and active RN licensure
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an RN in an Emergency Room setting
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in an emergency care environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for collaborating with interdisciplinary teams

    • Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage and assess patients presenting to the emergency department, quickly determining care priorities
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with procedures as ordered by the medical team
  • Monitor patient progress and promptly recognize and respond to clinical changes
  • Accurately document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in patient records
  • Provide emotional support and information to patients and their families during stressful situations
  • Adhere to established safety and quality standards for emergency care
