Shift: Monday-Friday, with on-call as needed

Job Description:
Sunbelt Staffing is actively hiring a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract position in Richmond, KY. This role is ideal for a motivated nurse proficient in OASIS documentation and experienced with Homecare Homebase, ready to provide exceptional patient care in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately using OASIS

Create and manage individualized care plans to address patient needs

Deliver skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and health education

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and positive outcomes

Educate patients and families to promote recovery and long-term wellness

Qualifications:

Active RN license in Kentucky

Proficiency in OASIS documentation and experience with Homecare Homebase required

At least 2 years of Home Health nursing experience preferred

Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and onboarding in compliance with Joint Commission standards

Open to both travelers and local candidates
